Digital Products (Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products (such as planners, templates, or downloads), all digital sales are final.

Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded:

• Refunds are not offered
• Exchanges are not available

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download (for example, a corrupted file or incorrect file provided), please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Physical products sold on this site are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner (such as Printful).

Returns and refunds for physical items are only accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received

In these cases, we may offer:

• A replacement item, or
• A refund (where appropriate)

Items That Cannot be Returned

• Normal variations in colour or print placement

Refund Processing
