Physical items like t-shirts and mugs are custom-made and handled by print-on-demand partners such as Printful. Other products are shipped to you by a fulfilment provider acting on our behalf.

Additionally, we provide digital downloads including planners, templates, and tools. Digital items are delivered electronically and intended exclusively for personal use.

Because digital products are instantly accessible, all digital sales are final.

If you have trouble accessing your file or receive the wrong file, please contact us and we’ll help where possible.

Returns or refunds for physical products are only accepted if:

• The wrong item was sent
